The field of management of old apartments is wide, but in this paper I will write about what I have interviewed from the perspective of managing a management union. Generally, apartments tend to be regarded as a lonely space in a city, but when you look at the realities of the management union, it becomes clearer with each passing year that it is a destiny community that can not be free despite its own property. Even if the rice fields are their own, they will not function unless there is a water channel, and it will be impossible to make rice unless the village is raised together and well-kept. In the case of apartments, the presence of the management union is small in the new, but when it comes to aged apartments, it will be as large as it affects the property value.
