The Rental Housing Management Business Law enacted in 2020 regulates sublessors and provides the registration system for rental housing managers. In addition, it also defines a rental property manager as the business manager. It is expected that the law will establish the rental property management business and create new professionals. It is necessary to improve the existing rental management, which was strongly focused on building maintenance, to one that incorporates concepts such as asset management and property management.
