“Stay at home” during Covid19 is driving people to demand comfort features in their homes. Young people spend their childhood in high-performance homes. Therefore, they demand high quality such as sound insulation and energy saving even for rental housing. From April 2024, we plan to display the energy performance of all new houses on the housing portal site.
