Yoshihara Housing Co., Ltd. is a real estate management company in Fukuoka. Our vision is to maintain our aged real estates for a century. “Vintage Building” - our unique concept - then developed to converts “aging” into “value”, and the methods have been established. That is, by fostering connections between residents and the townspeople in a vintage-nuanced “Retro Building”, the building becomes into “self-propelled”. In order to mature the connections, it is necessary to match the ideal tenants （residents） based on the vision of the building, then open it toward the townspeople.
