鉄道インフラの新規整備が地域に及ぼす経済効果について： 福岡市地下鉄七隈線と西九州新幹線を例として

This paper uses the DID method to estimate land price functions based on a hedonic approach for the economic effects of the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line and the Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen Line, which were extended and newly opened in the Kyushu region between 2022 and 2023, on the areas along these lines. The results of a simple empirical analysis suggest that both the Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line and the Nishi Kyushu Shinkansen have a positive impact on land prices as a whole, but the effect is localized and varies from region to region.
