In The New House-rent Law, they discussed how to consider some interests of the tenant. It is important to pursue the balance of equity and efficiency, examining the points under discussion between economics and civillaw. The law must assure that the tenant will be able to live safely in the rented house for a long time, or move easily to the more suitable another rented house.
