抄録
Although about forty years have passed since I went to the way of a researcher, it is self-confident as that the time of the many has been spent on development of the field relevant to real estate. Also in it, the most important things were establishment of Japan Association for Real Estate Sciences, and fullness of real estate education. Through generating and collapse of a bubble economy, the view of the general public to real estate also changed a lot and it is very glad to have acquired the fixed social status with real estate and real estate study. I want to aid with poor ability so that our corporationized association can contribute to development of real estate study from now on.
