Abstract
Bone densities of Japanese college students and Chinese students studying in Japan were measured from the year of 2000 to 2002. Obtained results were as follows,
1. The average bone density of Chinese students was lower than that of Japanese.
2. Although the bone density of Japanese students remained same durin g their school life, the bone density of Chinese students raised to the average value of Japanese students.
3. The walking distance in daily life of Chinese students we re higher than that of Japanese students.
Above all, we concluded that bone density could be increased in college life and the propagatio n of gaining a bone density through measuring should affect life style of collage students as high walking distance in daily life. We can also conclude the importance of the“bone density”education through measuring a bone density.
