Visualization of Trust Generation Process in Software Development Community

Abstract

This paper attempts to visualize mailing lists which are used to communication in R&D project which consists of geographically distant companies. The process of the communication which becomes lively is clarified by Path model in using the comment chains (the threads). From this examination, we search a happening factor of interactions through communication ,and clarify a generated process of trust (activity-based trust).
