抄録

The research aims to study evaluation of regional information systems investment from the view point of intangibles. Firstly, the authors review current key indicators of performance measurement regarding government information and communication technology investment. Secondly, the authors show intangible aspects of regional information systems investment by case studies. Finally the paper proposes the necessity of new performance indicators covering intangibles and solutions.
