知識伝播モデルとその実証研究

抄録

Knowledge Workers are the assets which are important for a company. Many retired employees are regretted in these days who have abundant experience and knowledge and leave a place of work without succeeding enough knowledge. In addition, as for many managers, quantity and quality of "knowledge" are anxious about there being a big difference by a person in an everyday business action. Under the cause of such situation, this study are to elucidate how a knowledge worker's knowhow in a company diffuses to a person of many others.
