Increasing numbers of people are using and posting evaluations on online bulletin boards. This research analyzes the relationship between the writing of these notes and the writers' opinions on the products evaluated. We analyzed the relationship between words and merchandise character type of merchandise/merchandise characteristics such as on a cosmetics evaluation site. We analyzed sentences morphologically. And, we treat the expression of word-of-mouth. We extracted expressions used in strong evaluations and related them, the appearance frequency of the term, and the relationship between the evaluation and the user's character.
