The method of settlement in which community is groped for for various problems in the contemporary society. However, because a past community activity needs a time and place sharing, it is unsuitable for the fact of a busy modern society. Therefore, attention has gathered in an online community where do the asynchronization and the place is not restricted, and there is actually a feature of anonymity that not is there. Then, anonymity is controlled and the harvest is considered online about the requirement to do a certain discussion.
