This paper describes a discussion on a schematic model of "information" development in our comtemporary society. The model is partly based on Nishigaki's discussions on "basic informatics" which provides a view point to integrate life and information with mechanical IT and social informatics. The present model is more oriented to uncover the explicit definitions and thus a necessary development of society with data, information, knowledge, and wisdom. The model building is conducted with respect to the analysis and integration of these. The model is therefore able to incorporate further the art and science to generate back the basic data at the start. This illuminates the whole role of information phenomena as a generator of cyclic, encyclopedic and a creative process.
