Focused on gathering of information through the Internet, I have developed a new application for writing using a computer. This application has the function to dynamically analyze sentences that were input into a computer by a writer. And this application has the function to extract and to present related information in the Internet. It was shown from an assessment experiment that writers make higher quality sentences efficiently with this application than with normal text editor applications. However, some problems was shown at the same time. The accuracy and visibility of information that the application presents are low degree. The relation between presented information and input text is the uncertainties. In this announcement, I propose an application that improved information retrieval technique, and information presentation technique.
