Blog community portal, Shizuoka Prefecture, Shimada City, "e-Community Shimada " is certain achievements in community building and community collaboration in the region. However, its structure is changed. Structural changes that are oriented "strong ties" to "weak ties oriented", and "bonding" to "bridging" said to be moving to.
