Abstract
The occupational description made into the object of teleworking is a white-collar worker job. However, the white-collar meaning is ambiguous. To solve this subject, an information processing-model called the missions and action in a job is proposed. It can be understood as what consists of five actions, read, write, talk, listen and consider. Even if it tries 1980 of a white-collar worker and the comparison of the time analysis in 1999 corresponding to the action, it is in the same tendency. The way a white-collar worker should be is not influenced by teleworking.
