Abstract

This paper proposes the analytic frameworks of research in organizational knowledge structure for knowledge management. This paper introduce cognitive mapping method, and then explain about the outlines of this method, typical kind (attention map, categorization map, causal map), procedures and methodological points. And we positioned this method in the methods of research in organizational knowledge structure in order to show the direction of empirical research in organizational knowledge structure. It is that we use cognitive mapping method and case analysis multiply.
