Abstract
This Essay deal with IT Manpower training patern in South-East Asia This area is famouse for advaced IT policy (IT20000 etc) in the world. especially, The Sinapore goverment promote IT manpower training policy. IT Manpower training patern consists of four Patern. And these four paterns advanced each other.
