Abstract
The purpose of this study is to grasp the situation in perspective of the telecommunication infrastructures in Asian countries. Focusing at the possession rate of telecommunication, we analyzed the development stage of each country. We could observe their economic development as “seasonal flying in formation of migratory birds.” Japan in followed by NIES countries, and they are followed by ASEAN countries. Concerning about popularization of fixed phone, we could observe similar development with economic development. In advanced countries, popularization of mobile phone is remarkable, and it is equal to former one. These mean that mobile phone will impact on developing country in near future.
