Abstract
In this paper, I intend to merge theory of organizational learning with theory of reinforcement learning. I suppose the knowledge creating model of team with multi-agent model. I define socialization as the meeting of team members, externalization as rewriting to database, combination as combining knowledge of database, internalization as memorizing knowledge in database. Through these four phases, they accomplish their tasks. I examine the relation sort of tasks with performance of team and suggest the better combination of four phases.
