Abstract
In this paper, first we survey the current Peer-to-Peer system and Knowledge Management. In this process we classify more about Peer-to-Peer’s features and the issues which current Knowledge-Management tools contain. Then we propose an architecture for Peer-to-Peer Oriented Knowledge Management System which provides ‘Ba’ environment for question and answers where workers in the enterprise can communicate directly with each other. This system not only inherits the benefits of Peer-to-Peer system but also resolves the common issues facing current Konowledge-Management tools. In this proposed system, we adopted Information-Mining technology to manage user’s knowledge field. So this system contains a simple server which play a roll only to manage the user’s Knowledge.
