Abstract
This thesis presents the incentive model in which the properties of jobs and the monitoring system are involved. In this model, the properties of jobs formalized as the parameter that business result depends on. I consider three types of monitoring systems. As a consequence, it is shown that the monitoring may induce the expected profits of the principal and the agent’s effort level. To induce more the expected profits of the principal and the agent’s effort level. the principal should forge a good relationship with the agent.
