The purpose of this study is that the neuron in the model of the neural computing is expressed and connected with weighted majority game. We express perceptron which uses a neuron element as a composition element with combination of weighted majority game, and we analyze the neural computing. Moreover, contrarily, we aim for applying the model of neural computing to the social system model using weighted majority game.
