Abstract
The Organizational Intelligence is a macro paradigm which explains the ability of organizational problem solving by IT. But it is important to make micro approaches by individual factors. This paper discusses the framework of quantitative analysis to verify the need of occupational mental health for the development of the organizational intelligence.
