Abstract
Since the end of 20th century, knowledge management in the post industrial information economy has become a hot issue. The SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization) organizational knowledge creation process has been in introduced to explain the knowledge conversion from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge by Nonaka and Takeuchi. In this paper, the importance rules of Information Technology is described by analyzing a DTMC (Discrete Time Markov Chain) model of the SECI process.
