Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose new criteria of Evaluating Administrative Activities and to examine its availability. In late years, we take notice of the concept, Public Management,in which Evaluation is important. Efficiency is one of the most important evaluating indicators. In the case of evaluating efficiency of Administrators Activities,they have treated input and output so far. However,in fact,there are many cases that its essential to evaluate some input and output collectively. In this study,we propose new criteria for efficiency of Evaluating Administrative Activities based on Data Envelopment Analysis,which is the method to evaluate collectively and relatively.
