Abstract
We can get only fragmentary information "In order to evaluate the something what must be done and how must be done?" by consulting the conventional dictionaries or books.
This is the problem to proceed the casual management thinking and decision-making.
In this paper the author tried to make it clear this problem by using the thing and procedure of Advanced Project Management Methodology (Design to customers' needs/ Design to cost methodology) as a map.
Also this paper reveals the meaning of evaluation standard which has not been clearly defined in the conventional dictionaries and books.
