Abstract
In this paper, the author defined that "To have Wisdom means to have the information of in order to do some thing, what and how to do". Having above definition and explaining the relationship between Information in wide meaning, Data, Information in narrow meaning, Knowledge, Want-Need-Seed, Wisdom and New knowledge as the creating result of Wisdom, the author briefly reveal the Method f for changing Knowledge to Wisdom which was firstly revealed in the world by author. Using this thinking and methodology, we can proceed open the Wisdom Management Era by strengthening the conventional Knowledge Management, .more effectively.
