Abstract
The purpose of this study is to obtain information about how the organization of Research and Development will be activated. It is assumed that researchers act toward the target in two dimensions in the vector model. The system which is produced by computer can be examined in regard to the following questions: I) Should R&D activities be organizational or independent? II) How would the relationships among researchers develop? III) To what extent would researchers depend on the R&D strategies? IV) How influential the leader is in the organization? In the concluding section, we try to generate some significant knowledge about R&D activations.
