Abstract
"Organizational Teamwork" has been focused on recently. Many companies try to increase their performance by encouraging the workers to make efforts on contribution to the teamwork. For that purpose, they are seeking for some evaluation and/or incentive systems. In this paper, we extend the agency-model by taking into account teamwork effect explicitly an analyze the optimal incentive systems mathematically and computationally. In particular, we introduce "positive synergy", one of the features of teamwork, which has been given little attention so far. In the result of analysis, we reveal the optimal incentive systems vary depending on the productivity, uncertainty of the environment and strength of the synergy.
