A note on Arbitration-type Problem Solver on Forth-Generation Systems Development Methodology

Abstract

A notion of problem-solving computation called ``Arbitration-typeProblem Solver'' is proposed. Based on Fourth Generation Systems Development Methodology,a blueprint of implementation of solver for particular kind of ``ill-structured problem'' is presented. I adopt the problem of ``subjects allocation on time table'' in a university as an exemplar.
