Abstract
As South Korea for 2000 and 2001 years,the Internet high-speed communication circuit spread more than half of all homes. The communication circuit was used and it uses for education, multimedia, the game, etc. I think that especially a cyber-university becomes a good example also for Japan from now on. moreover. New problems, such as spam mail and personal information, have also come out. Spam mail can be afflicted even to the general public. The "on-line stamp" system is going to introduce into it as private initiative. I think that good of the motion in South Korea is carried out, and it will be good example from now on for development of the Japanese Internet.
