ERP Implementation Methodology is a guideline on project. It has been offered by ERP package vendors, System Integration(SI) firms, and System Consulting firms. However, those Implementation Methodologies did not perform well in actual implementation steps. The object of this study is to design a generic ERP Implementation Methodology model that is a general-purpose guideline for a successful implementation of an ERP system.
