Abstract
Informal communication is important for us to exchange useful information, obtain ideas and hints, or maintain human relations. The promotion of informal communication supported by computer system and organizational system approach is confirmed that there are temporary effects. However, we think that continuous effects are not confirmed. In this study, we extract degree of activity in communication from the log data of the asynchronous communication tool. We evaluate additional functions of the asynchronous communication tool, and analyze its continuous effects.
