Classification of "Business Collaboration" for harmonizing Information Technology into Business Processes

Abstract

This paper presents the Business collaboration that is the next generation concept to achieve "Harmonization" of the business process and the information system. Case studies are introduced by describing the purpose, main players, used IT tools and achieved results. The cases are also classified into patterns from the viewpoint of the co-creation industry (Collaboration) between the enterprises and between the organizations. Finally, the problem that has been picked up so far and the problem in the future are discussed.
