This paper analyzes student questionnaires composed of both fixed and free forms based on a class model. First, a model which shows the relationships between a student's characteristic and the degree of satisfaction or their score is proposed. Next, a set of questionnaires is analyzed using the statistical technique or the information retrieval method, and finally the proposed model is verified.
