Abstract
When we discuss about a leadership,we often invoke the words of a conductor of an orchestra. The point is a role of the top executive bears a marked similarity a role of conductor. In my assumption,a most important thing is the Tacit Knowing of conductors, when we give thorough thought to conduct an orchestra. Even though, the conductor's point of view, the Tacit Knowing is ultimately unconscious under the mentality structure in the Acknowledgment Action Theory. Therefore,it would not have been evaluated without researchers.Precisely,I will try to highlight the existence of the Tacit Knowing of conductors with my researcher eyes. And thereby I am challenging to explain it with my Explicit Knowledge in this paper.
