Abstract
Corporations with a dynamic corporate culture have the following characteristics:The members of the organization are risk-oriented and understand the management concept of their corporations well. They continuously collect information from outside the organization and exchange it both formally and informally within the corporation. In addition, they do not fear voicing their views even if these are disproving the opinions of their superiors or peers, and bearing the risks. There is trust between the upper and lower tiers of the hierarchy and there is an ethos (climate) of Try & Error.
