Abstract
Text Mining Technology is used in many organizations. These are mainly companies. But in local governments, this technology is not used so often. It is often said that now is the time of decentralization of power. So, each local government has to work out an original policy. And more, Information resource becomes to be considered as an important role in local governments. So in this paper, I will consider the application of text mining technology for local governments.
