In these days, a new style education is tried to do for the linkage between classroom learning and its practice in the adult education. In this paper, we propose a methodology for the project-based education what we developed to improve the learning effect of the new style education, and then discuss the efficacy. The instructor encourages students' practice process by using the methodology and makes students to use the practice method based soft system approach. Each student involves another office member to the process, and the learning level is exactly up from personal learning to organizational learning. Also, it works to level up the sense of the office members to the problem solving in their workplace.
