Abstract

In the knowledge-based society, organizations emphasize creating knowledge efficiently by using the information systems. To show the effects of information systems, we proposed an evaluation method of the knowledge creation process modeled using a closed queueing networks. In this study, we compare the actual effects on investment with the effects calculated by using the method and examine the accuracy of the method.
