Abstract

In the practice of Knowledge Management (KM), it is necessary to embed Information or Knowledge on business process. However, the primary focus of the traditional methods of KM practice is to offer concepts or suggestions, for instance, of improving the organization's culture. So, it is difficult to perform concrete suggestions on a daily basis. In this paper, we propose about the method for solving that issue. This method make it clear that the relationship between business process and Knowledge, and summarizes it on the operating-knowledge relation table newly proposed in this paper. Besides this method make it clear the work procedure of this summarization. In the KM practice, the practitioner will design the process of using or creating active knowledge on a daily basis.
