Abstract
The purpose of this study is to propose an evaluation method about IT companies which have the IT solution service. Characteristically the evaluation method develops from the customer's aspect. To be more precise, the following two evaluation results are extracted: I) IT companies are whether have conveyed the service to the customer from 3C frame. II) The service with which the customer is provided is evaluated, and this evaluated used to determine whether IT companies should focus more on each service. It is thought that it becomes the support whose IT companies construct the technical strategy of service.
