Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to propose of support system of Knowledge Management for Campus festival executive committee regarded as an NPO. The result which carried out interviewand observation NPO's member had a stronger sense of belonging than profit organization. NPO's members also have the tendency to search for efficiency than the efficiency. Accordingly, I judged NPO's members need Knowledge Management. But, the factors peculiar to a nonprofit organization may cause of prevention of a knowledge anagement. And then, I propose information system and platform for validity of an organization. And I observe and examine for satisfaction and effervescence for NPO's members.
