Abstract
Both Gaming Simulation (GS) and Case Method (CM) are traditional and powerful experiential learning methodologies to educate students at a business school. through Case-studies, we learn success and failure stories on decision-making at one certain point in the task domain. On the other hand, Business Gaming is used as another methodology of studying business schemes in a real world through virtual experience. However, there have been few studies to integrate GS and CM methodology. The purpose of our research is to explore new learning methodology to bridge GS and CM: using case descriptions and developing business games, we will consider the next strategies from a point of the person concerned.
