Abstract
This paper discusses knowledge intensive business model which is for ventures and entrepreneurs to enter without much capital spending. Long established business model of fab-less, i.e. fabrication-less, semiconductor was created from the source of knowledge intensive business architecture. The new model using with knowledge based analysis framework for supporting new emerging business such as semiconductor chip-less business architecture is provided and verified statistically. The findings are confirmed by the model and questionnaires to identify that chip-less ventures and Japanese semiconductor companies can collaborate subject to non-captive semiconductor companies as mutual customers.
