Abstract
The relocation of the capital functions has been advanced by "Roh Moo-hyun" of the former president in South Korea. This study is the reassessment of the relocation of the capital functions in South Korea. As the first step, this paper estimates the assessment score of each area by soving integer programming problem. In the second step, thia paper reevaluates the overall evaluation of each area, using various types of DEA (Data Enverlopment Analysis).
