There is an element of the "Person,Product,Money,and Information" in the business.The talent does important works to activate the business.As for organization(talent's)model,operation is not made good as there a lot of uncertainty factors.What is the motive of the talent use? This report researched a good machanism for the business,and the theme is "Career,Personnel evaluation and Wage system."
