Abstract
This study aimed to analyze a relationship between employees' networks and the knowledge creation process in business organizations by using questionnaires. Although it is acknowledged that human networks are important for the SECI model of the knowledge creation process, the relationship between the networks and the model is still obscure. Based on the theory of weak/strong ties, this study aimed to reveal a relationship between employees' ties and each process of the SECI model. Using an internet research company, data were gathered from employees working in various business organizations, and the data were analyzed.
